"Worth it for the price"
I was mostly focused on the price and whether it would actually do the job, and it checked both boxes for me. I didn’t pay much attention to all the little extras, but the item worked like I needed it to. Checkout was normal and I didn’t run into any real problems. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again.

"Felt a bit misled"
At first glance, the item does look like the photos and the size/details are pretty much as described. But i still felt a little misled because I expected it to feel a bit nicer in person based on the listing. It’s not totally different or anything, just not quite what I thought I was getting.

"They Made Communication Way More Frustrating Than It Needed to Be"
Communication was okay at first, but some of their replies were so unclear that I had to keep asking the same thing again. That’s on them. If they had just been straightforward from the start, it would’ve saved a lot of annoyance. They did eventually answer, but the whole back-and-forth was more frustrating than it should’ve been...

I was a little cautious logging into psionlinestore.com because I’m always worried about getting fooled by fake-looking pages or weird login issues. But it worked fine for me. I’ve used PSI Online Store a few times now, it’s been really solid for me. Pages loaded quickly, checkout didn’t hang up, and I never ran into random errors or got kicked out while browsing. Maybe I’ve just had good luck, but when a site works this smoothly for me more than once, I usually take that as a good sign.
